If
you are an individual seeking help or an agency with a client:
FOR CLIENTS:
- If you are seeking help you must first be
referred by an agency or a pastor, rabbi, etc.
- The agency will make the appointment
with New Digs Ministry, Inc., unless they will not be bringing
you to the warehouse. In
that case, the agency must call and refer you before giving
you a Referral/Liability Waiver. Then you may call 717-620-9735
and make an appointment. You MUST bring the Referral/Liability
Waiver with you to the appointment.
- For safety and insurance reasons, only the client is
permitted in the warehouse area. Children and other
persons accompanied by clients are restricted
to the kitchen area. This rule is strictly enforced and
we ask for your cooperation.
- Clients are only allowed one half hour to
find their items! We have to limit time because of the
large need and to insure all clients equal opportunities.
- Items must be taken with you or you may reserve items that
are too large to take. The recipients are responsible for removing
the items they have selected within one week!

and let us know!
- After one week all items not removed from
New Digs will be returned to inventory and your wish list
will be removed.
- You must call before picking your items up.
Do not pick up until you have an OK from New Digs!

FOR AGENCIES:
- Referral must come from an agency representative
(case manager, etc.) or pastor.
- An appointment with Ginny must be made
before you can bring a client to New Digs! Please call
717-620-9735 and leave a message for all appointments!
- If agency representative
is not able to accompany the client, then a signed (by
agency representative) Referral & Liability
Waiver must accompany the client after an appointment is
made. Please call 717-620-9735, or email us at info@newdigsministry.org and
leave a message with the name of the agency and the name
of the client BEFORE you give the client
the Referral & Liability
Waiver
- Items must be taken with the client, or client

DELIVERY
Call (717)
620-9735 and let us know when you
will be delivering anything! Small items (Sheets, towels, dishes,
et.) can be delivered without an appointment. Large items (furniture)
must have a pre-arranged appointment. Either way, we must
know when you will be delivering!
